        BUYER BE WARNED!!! Duke Energy turn me over to collections for a PAID BILL, I paid the collection agency immediately, but I remembered paying the bill!! When I produced the paid receipt and showed the bill was paid and asked them to correct the mistake I was told, you will need to call the collection agency and get it worked out. All I can say is keep all your receipt and keep good records because DUKE ENERGY will expect you to clean up their mistakes!

        Worse company ever..you have to want hours to power but dont pay your big and they will turn your power off. I hate duke energy...wish they had some competition out here like the cable companies.
