Rite Aid

This pharmacy has gone to hell in a hand basket. Once Doug and Paxton left they got all new staff except one lady Shelly staued and she is keeping this pharmacy from sinking because it is almost gone. The new pharmacist has NO idea of what he is doing and the new technicans are rude and are clueless. I have used this pharmacy over 20 years and l will be moving else where. This place is a 3 ring circus.

The usual chains drug store selections like most Rite Aid stores. The store is clean and easy to access. The staff used friendly. The health and seasonal items like most, priced at a premium.

Be warned that this pharmacy was bought out by Walgreens and they are a complete mess. My son is going without his medicine that was called in days ago and they are now telling me that they can’t fill his prescription because they don’t accept Medicaid. It took them almost a week to tell me that and this is an autistic child that can’t go without. I’ve been a customer here for over 15 years. It was the best place to go to. Now they have a completely new and incompetent staff, not to mention incredibly rude. I’m so disappointed with how this company thinks it can treat customer who really need life saving medicine. I will never go here again. If you have medicaid and especially if you have a special needs child I’d really suggest going somewhere else. This is the worst lack of compassion and care for customers I’ve ever witnessed in my life. This is how a business fails and deservingly so. It’s not as though this is a retail store and a slight inconvenience. This is people that need and depend on their medicine. It’s outrageous.

My store been a customer here for 20 years. The pharmacist are the best.
