I would NEVER recommend THIS dermatologist office, especially Dr. Peter Neidenbach to anyone. I went in for severe multiple clusters of Insect Bites that wouldn't heal plus I needed a Skin Scrape to get the insect identified so my exterminator would know what to treat. I had been suffering terribly and the itching wouldn't stop. I kept scratching my head and he started asking me questions about whether I was having family issues. What was THAT all about? Tho I was covered in bites I literally had to ask him to look at them, he glanced at one where a piece of scab fell on my finger and he looked at it under the microscope and told me that it was just skin tissue. He flipped that off saying that my problem was an issue of nerves and uncontrollable reflex movements, Psychosomatic. It wasn't on my body, it was in my head? He began writing this prescription for a Mental Health Issue, some sort of Powerful Drug that He informed me could affect my heart, (his exact words). I walked out WITHOUT his prescription, thankful I had at least done some research on my own. I ended up back at my Internal Medicine Physician and he diagnosed me now with Impetigo! THOSE bites had become so Severe and Infected that my Internist told me he was concerned with them becoming Sepsis!! If Dr. Peter Neidenbach had taken just Half the time examining those bites as he did examining my brain with prying questions, he Could Have CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED my Severe Multiple Clusters of Insect Bites BEFORE they turned into Impetigo! My Internist prescribed heavy antibiotics, Permethrin Cream and oral Ivermectin. My doctor also identified the insect and my exterminator eradicated my problem. I had become so very sick, lethargic, no appetite that I lost 10 lbs in 20 days. I had to take two rounds of ALL of the prescriptions and I have huge scars from the infected sores. I have absolutely no idea why Dr. Peter Neidenbach turned my appointment into some Mental Health Appointment OTHER THAN the fact that I couldn't stop the constant Itching and trying to scratch. I've even sent photos of THOSE horrific bites, now Impetigo showing that THIS was Clearly NOT in my Head, IT was on my body. Psychosomatic, not at all!! Give me a break. Honestly, give me a break after months of suffering.
