        They were ok but could use some improvement. They seemed a little unorganized but I was very impressed with Jonathan because he was handling so many customers at once and he was very calm and professional. He also seemed like the only one that was doing his job. I think he deserves a raise and they could also afford to hire someone else to help him. Also my oil change took a lot longer than expected. Very slow.

        New ownership. Lots of the same employees. Feel like my car is in good hands when I bring it in. Nice customer service. Better to drop off and pick up, then sit around and wait. Always super busy first thing in the morning.
