As of right now, I cannot trust most of the people who work here. I was essentially lied to about the update issues plaguing my 2023 Honda Accord. I came in roughly a week after finding out about an update that would fix my problems. I was told by everyone "Nope, Honda is still working on a fix and it will be pushed out when it's available" and every time I went in for service after that, same thing.
Turns out, the service bulletin to fix my issue had existed for almost 5 full months before I decided to look it up myself. 5 months of dealing with software quirks here and there when I shouldn't have had to, and it would have been even longer if I stayed complacent and just took their word for it. If it was not for Pat Johnson letting me show him the service documents, I would have absolutely exploded in rage.
This is NOT the service I want for a car that will end up costing me an entire year of my salary to pay off, I will NOT tolerate lies or negligence to check service bulletins for specific issues. That includes you Justin, you should know better as a Senior Tech. Ridiculous.
