You won't find a more professional and responsive legal team. Mr. Usry took time to speak with me and provide guidance on an injury a family member sustained while in assisted care. He carefully outlined our options and patiently answered all my questions. I know that if we decide to move forward he will be our attorney!

I normally do not write reviews. I am doing so because anyone who is looking for a personal injury attorney needs to know about our experience with Atty Robert Usry. I promise you cannot find a better personal injury attorney. We are from PA, and involved in a car accident in SC. Aside from our injuries, different states, different laws, we knew it was going to be a battle and really didn't expect a good outcome. After speaking with 2 other attorneys I found Atty Rob Usry in Spartanburg SC. While speaking with him; we knew we found the right one. We both felt very comfortable with him, he was a different kind of attorney, in a good way! He was professional, yet he truly cared like he knew us our whole lives. Due to my injuries, I became a very angry, and sad person. I wanted to give up. Every phone call or email, was always returned with encouragement. Our case was a difficult one, they not only did so much legal work, they supported us emotionally and got us through a terrible time in our lives. My health insurance had a subrogation lien, I was expecting to be paying back a lot of money, Rob found a legal loophole. I was beyond impressed with that! In hindsight, I would have to say I was probably their most difficult client, but he made me feel like I was his ONLY client. We were both more than happy with the outcome of our cases, we feel like we got justice, and closure the much needed closure to move forward.

I found this firm by doing a Google search related to an automobile accident (not looking to sue for personal injury). I called, left a message, and Mr. Usry called me back promptly. I had specific questions, and Mr. Usry answered those fully, and he asked me some questions, providing some insight I had not considered. All-in-all, this phone consultation provided more help than I have received from anyone. I am confidant that I can take the next steps forward to resolution without having to spend thousand of dollars in unnecessary fees. What impressed me the most was his ability to be quite knowledgeable, well versed in the law and compassionate, traits you rarely find in an attorney. I highly recommend Mr. Usry, as I know he will be the attorney I retain if/when I need one again.

When I stepped into Rob office I didnt know what to think. I was truly afraid that may lose my license, and my career was in jeopardy. I had mistakenly taken medication the day I was arrested for a hit and run. I had fallen asleep at the wheel and crossed over to oncoming traffic and was awakened by a jarring impact, that I believed to be a curb. 2 hours later I was awakened by an officer in my home, informing me that I had hit someone. More than anything I wanted to know that the person was not injured. He assured me that everyone was safe. I didnt know what to do. A friend of the family highly recommended Rob Usry, and now I know why. Rob did not make any promises, except for one. He would do everything in his power and knowledge to have the best results favorable to me. Robs experience is worth every Penny I scrounged up to pay him. His dedication payed off and charges were dropped. I would recommend Rob and his team (Rose and Pam) to anyone that needs a very very good attorney. I went in scared as a client and came out relieved and blessed as a friend to Rob Usry.
