We had to wait an hour and a half for food and it never came out. We had to leave and go somewhere else. They have NO GLUTEN FREE options and the waiter didnt even know what gluten was. They made up some excuse how they burnt the food when in reality they forgot about our food. About 50% of the other people in the restaurant got up and left as well because they didnt get their food either. I would not recommend coming here EVER if you want to have a good experience.

My wife and I were there Saturday 03/02/2024. Waited the usual 35 mins for a table, another 10mins before anyone came to table(told lack of staff) ordered waited another 25 mins on food. I ordered shrimp and grits and my wife ordered a burger. Instead of burger the marinated chicken was brought to her. Waited another 15 minutes to get burger in mean time my shrimp and grits had gotten cold. We took all in stride and ate without complaining. When check came we were charged for all 3 meals. Brought this to their attention and they assured us it was corrected and we would not be over charged.. they were wrong, we were over charged. Was a favorite place before the plays we attend in Spartanburg but never again your thievery is not appreciated! A mistake was made on the bill, it happens , but when we were lied too and assured we would not be charged the mistake then it becomes willful thievery! Update.. to their credit they did try and make things right.
