Everyone at JC Sports has been professional and courteous. Their sales department made buying a breeze and their service has been exceptional. I had a mishap with my boat and my dock and they worked with me to alleviate my concerns and repaired the damage I did to my boat in an extraordinarily fast and convenient manner. I would recommend this sales and service team to any boat owner.

Had a horrible experience! The owner was rude, they denied taking my boat out and scratching the bottom of my boat into the gell coat. The ran the boat up the trailer and actually wore the carpet off my trailer. They are very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

5-Stars for Jesse in the Service Group!
I bought my Axis boat from a dealer in MI only weeks before moving to SC. Three weeks into ownership and the boat would not crank. After calling every dealer within SC, NC, FL, and GA, I learned that everyone had a 4 week waiting list for any type of repairs essentially destroying a good portion of my summer. Jesse, however, listened to the description of my problem and offered a quick fix that I could do myself that had me back on the water the next day. While I still have to bring the boat in for a warranty repair, Jesse's commitment and dedication to solving problems made for a phenomenal summer for friends and family! I can not thank him enough!!!

Jeff and Jason always make everything so easy, that is why I am a repeat customer. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would recommend JC Sport without reservation!
