I had Bryant heating to replace my air condition unit back in December 2020. When I spoke with Mr. Bryant, he was professional in the beginning. Once the job was completed and he was paid in full, the professionalism was gone. I called several times and left messages only to be ignored. Mr Bryant did not answer my call until it came from someone on my behalf (a male voice). Mr. Bryant sent his technician out a week later. The issue could not be resolved on that day, but I was promised that he would get back with me later that evening. Needless to say I have not heard back from Mr. Bryant. Because of his installation of the unit, I am paying large electric bills because the ducts aren’t connected properly in some of the rooms. Terrible service, I would not recommend him, his price was good but it’s costing me a lot more money. Services: Heating system installation, AC installation

I gave 2 stars, cause he did come out and inspect to see why I had no heat. The breaker kept tripping. Came out the following day to replace the breakers. Great! Worked for 2 days. He did not address the real issue. The breaker box caught fire at the same breakers that he replaced. Called, texted and got ignored. Finally had to find someone eles to do the work, through insurance.

I live out of state and my elderly mother needed her AC repaired. Mr. Bryant quickly went out of his way to take care of my mom’s broken AC system. I have never personally met Mr. Bryant, but he took my word and trusted that I would pay him and he completed the repairs based on my word; and because he wanted to make sure my mother wouldn’t be in the house for days without an AC. He provided very quick, professional, expert service. I would definitely recommend and use CL Bryant Heating & Air again If needed.
