We shared a two-bedroom condo with another couple for three nights and reported an issue with our toilet promptly. No one fixed the simple problem and we had to resort to filling a trash can with water every time we needed to flush the toilet. Also, it was extremely apparent from the little things that their bottom line was simply to keep costs at the absolute lowest, as a small example, leaving one pump of soap in each dispenser. For the price paid at Dawtaw, this was absolutely unacceptable.

This rental company will not refund your money no matter what Hell you may be going thru- Pasted here is my request to them to refund my $1300 is dollars as my dependent daughter was fighting for her life (25 total days in the hospital including ICU) Tidewatch will make their money no matter what- They were kind enough to give me their "thoughts and prayers" which made me wretch in my mouth- Just Don't- They don't deserve your money. "Hello- I am requesting that you consider refunding our money for this vacation (beyond the cleaning fee) My daughter's illness is very serious and came out of nowhere. She has osteomyelitis of the skull base due to an ear infection(!) and was in hospital May 2-May 14. We were told we could go on vacation as long as we continued her IV antibiotics- We did and planned to go on our vacation. Her situation turned worse on May 30- back to hospital- cranial surgery to remove her mastoid and other infected bone. We are still at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and she does not appear to be going home any time soon. I know the lateness of this cancellation is very inconvenient, but up until today, we thought we could make it. Please consider this- We've been through Hell and its not over."

House we rented was 4 Nautical Watch. It had the potential to be so nice but upon arrival, it was unlocked when we arrived, kitchen was dirty, lots of maintenance things not taken care, basic cable only, grill dirty, house very dusty, walls with hand prints all over, pillow and couches need deep cleaning. Bath mats so gross, had to use towels to lay on top. Top floor with old dingy carpet. house looks like no owners ever visit or management goes to check in on place in between cleanings. Step it up Tide Watch!

House rented at 115 Harbour key. Swarming with mosquitos outside and gnats inside. After involving Air bnb they sent pest control to spray outside for the gnats which did nothing for inside. The description of the beach and ability to fish and crab from the “ unobstructed “ view was deceptive. There was a alligator that was frequently on the property. We were warned by the neighbor to watch out for him. Tidewatch finally came and posted a alligator sign on the house. The beach is inland water and blocked by condemned houses at one of the main access areas with golf cart parking.

14 Shipwatch is more like 14 Shipwreck on Harbor Island. House was not ready for early check in like promised. Cleaning lady was not aware and we lost 3 hours of check in time. The cable would not work only basic channels. After 2 days finally told that the owners didn't pay the cable bill but would and would fixed in 24 hours. Cable was never fixed and was brought to tidewatches attention daily. The couch and love seat were springy over used and uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs were unstable. Main floor bathroom sink handle was broken and nearly impossible to shut off. Rocking chair had broken spindles. No offer to compensate for any of this whatsoever Stay away from this rental as it’s a shipwreck. As Tidewater is more like a Tidal Wave of destruction.
