This bakery use to have very delicous baked goods until the owner sold the bakery. Now the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up dramatically. So sad.

I have been using Carswell Bakery for years and yesterday was my first time being extremely disappointed with their services. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday a week in advance, provided them with a picture, and detailed instructions for the cake. I was told they could recreate the cake no problem. Grant it i do understand the cake may not have been exactly like the picture but the cake was nothing like the picture. It was horrible. I am very disappointed. The manager did apologized and offer a discount but I still feel cheated. I paid for something and got the total opposite. What frustrates me is the young lady who decorated the cake kept saying to me I couldn't do this or I couldn't do that, but she or Carswell never called and told me they would not be able to do the cake as I desired. Nor did the young lady apologized.
