I have purchased 3 vehicles ( Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes E350 & GLC 300) in the past 5 years and have NEVER had any problems with the vehicles and I still currently own them. I am in the servicing the public arena and there customer service had me sold in 2017. Customer service is a pivotal part of a good business which Krista and her team not only will sell you a car but treats you like a member of there family. As long as shes selling I will forever be a lifetime customer because she will not sell you something she wouldnt want nor drive.

I put down $1,000 on a 2014 car, I was supposed to have 30 days to complete the deal, but they added unrealistic conditions on the sale, and than only agreed to give me 14 days, and demanded another $1,000 to get the full 30 days, I immediately canceled and requested a refund, they agreed to refund half of my deposit, but than a few days later changed their mind, and refused any refund, I am a 100% Disabled Veteran living on VA Disability, and needed a car to get to appointments, in the end I never received and car form them no product or service, they just took my money, I have been fighting with VISA ever since to get my money back. I would stay away, or at least be sure to get everything in writing before hand, so they can bait and switch on you.
