Went today on my lunch break with a group of friends... the cashier made a mistake and charged me for my friend's meal saying that I HAD to pay for it while he had already paid for my meal (and got mistakenly charged for my meal). Problem was that his meal was more than mine. Also, not only that, but I waited thirty minutes for a four piece hot wing. I didn't even finish my chicken alfredo or the wings because they weren't satisfying. Server was okay. Only checked up on us once for the hour stay... would not go again.

The pizza was not cooked all the way. As well as the toppings. I ordered pepperoni and all I seen was bread. This is the second time. I will not order pizza but any more. Little Cesar's, dominoes and etc are much better quality

I placed a delivery order of a big dinner box with 3 pizzas, Tuscani Chicken Alfredo that came with 5 breadsticks, and a free breadsticks because I used my points. My order arrives and I open my pizza and the presentation is HORRIBLE, it looked as if the pizza was smashed against the box, and on top of that I was missing a my additional breadsticks along with both marinara sauces that are automatically supposed to come with it. I spent 45 dollars with the tip included for this to be the outcome. Very disappointing! Then I called to tell them what I was missing ( I was on hold for a good 7 minutes) and a young boy answered the phone and I told home what happened and he said hold on, mind you he didn’t put the phone on mute, he then goes to his manger and says “there’s a person that is missing delivery items, I don’t know what to do about that can you deal with it” like what do you mean? All you have to do is literally give me a credit or get my items redelivered. Then the cake topper is that I have to wait 1 hour to get my 5 breadsticks and 2 marinara sauces delivered. Never ordering here again. With 2.9 stars the cooperate should be intervening by now because this is ridiculous.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Got off work late & decided to order some food, said there would be a long wait time which I was fine with. What I wasnt fine with, was it NEVER SHOWED UP. 3 hrs later, I decided my food is not coming. Just recently moved to SC, have never ordered from this Pizza Hut but will never try to again after this.
