After a failed home search in 2021 due to huge buyer demand, multiple lost bids, and a bad experience with a previous realty group, we were worried about getting back into the housing search. However, once we found Crista and her partner Scott, we felt like we found the perfect realty team for us. Before we even decided to go with them, Crista and Scott had already done research for us. They presented us with listings in our areas of interest and our price range upon our first meeting! A week into our new search, we submitted an offer that was accepted. We attribute our success in finding a home to Crista and Scott's tenacity to make us feel like we mattered no matter how big, small, cheap or expensive a home we were looking to purchase. Crista was constantly in contact with us and the selling agent while Scott facilitated all of our research and paperwork needs. Not even a month later, we have the keys to our first home. We cannot thank Crista, Scott, and the whole Rinehart Realty team enough for helping guide us through this process and making it as quick and painless as possible. Whenever we look to buy/sell again, we know Crista and Scott will be the first we call.

We worked with Tammy at Rinehart Realty and she was amazing! As first time homebuyers, we had so many questions and on top of that we are moving from out of state. She took the time to understand our wants and needs and conducted video tours for us as we had limited time to visit the area. Tammy consistently put us at ease, answered all of our questions, and demonstrated her knowledge. Ultimately, she made sure that we got our perfect first house!
