Beautiful room, wonderfully nice staff and the best shrimp and grits Ive ever had.
Food & drinks: Best shrimp and grits ever. I wish I had the recipe. I dont find good shrimp and grits in CA so if like to make them. The lobby bartender was slammed but still managed to take care of us all.

We've frequented this hotel for basketball tournaments several times, but our current stay has left us extremely disappointed. Upon check-in, we settled in and began our bedtime routine with our daughter, only to find the water freezing cold when we attempted to shower. After contacting the front desk, we were informed that the pump for our floor has been out for a week, and we were advised to run the water on hot for 30 minutes to resolve the issue. The frustrating part is that they were aware of this issue during check-in but failed to mention it. After 40 minutes of it not getting warm we had to give our daughter a freezing cold shower, as we had no other choice. Management should rethink how they handle situations like these, as we will not be staying here again.
