I cannot say enough good things about Barrett Martin and his team. I never thought I would need the services of a divorce attorney, but I am very grateful to have found Mr. Martin. After we met in person that first time, his professional, straightforward approach showed me that he would be the right person to represent me. My divorce was finalized thanks to him. Barrett handled my divorce and custody issues with professionalism, courtesy and respect for my time and money. When my ex didn’t comply with the mediation agreement a year later, I enlisted Barrett to handle this issue as well. I had successful outcomes both times I have had to take an issue to York County Family Court. Barrett is a competent attorney, easy to talk to, and I recommend him to anyone in York County in need of a family lawyer.

I highly recommend the Barrett Martin team. I initially had no intentions of obtaining representation in a contempt case, then ended up finding the need. Mr Martin came recommended by one of his colleagues. Mr. Martin was an extreme gentleman to us. He may be a man of few words in the beginning, but he showed us he was quick to listen and hear our concerns. Thereafter, he proved to be extremely knowledgeable in family law, and relinquished most of our anxiety going forward. I was impressed by his thought process of staying two steps ahead of the opposing representation and always stating the options we had considering which avenue was taken. He always had a game plan in mind no matter which direction the case went. We were always treated with utmost respect, and an open line of communication was held between Mr. Martin and myself. As for his team, surprisingly Miranda WAS his team! Miranda is a complete ROCKSTAR! She stayed in touch with us the entire time. We always knew where the case stood and where it was headed. She was nice, polite, also super knowledgeable, and always answered us in a timely fashion. I felt this office ran like a well-oiled machine. If folks are looking for representation I would recommend to everyone. Please remember there’s a contract between you and your attorney, and it’s up to you to do your part.
