    Frankie the security guard in the ER always has a bad attitude and poor way of dealing with people. Yes there are protocol and regulations that he has to follow but he doesn't have to act like such a jerk to do so. I said what I said.

    I entered in the er with severe sciatic nerve pain in my back.The wasnt very long before I was taken into the so call Express Room.It didnt smell clean.The room was full of recliners and every time someone was discharged,the chairs were never cleansed or sanitized.The Physician Assistant came in and he was very kind and professional..I sat there for over an hour waiting for the pain meds that were promised until I forced myself out of the recliner and went to the nurses station where one nurse was texting on her cellphone and another was leaned against the wall in a personal conversation.When I ask for the meds, I was told I will pull them right now and apologized.Youre going to love this-She came into the room and said she had a pain patch and where should she put it?For Sciatic Nerve Pain in the lower back.2 shots,Totoro and Steroids.Shot was put 3 quarters of inch apart.Just jab. no ,on cleaning with a acohol pad.No bandage on the area where the shot was given.After a long wait, I went home still hurting as if I was never there.God help the people that go to this hospital for car and get treated like sh. One day its going to be really really bad.Its 4:42am and Im still awake and so disappointed and still in pain.It not fair to pay for such poor care

    No one informs you that the doctor is going to bill you separately. You get it months later, surprise, you owe an extra couple hundred dollars because they dont staff the doctors and theyll send their own bill.
