    I came in for a tpm reset and oil change, was told yes that would be taken care of. They told me i had to have a full fuel system flush and full brake flush. Gave me a cost of 230 dollars. Sat for 3 hours, they came back and handed me a 500 hundred dollar bill and said labor was not included in the original pricing. And to top it all off they never fixed the tpms that was not working on 1 tire , but when i got back in none of the tires worked. I went back to speak to them that was the original reason for coming and yhey didnt even fix it. Was then told if i pre purchased some tires they would give me a deal on reseting the tpms when i came back. Welcome to the burns family! Total scam and buzzards. If i knew this is how i would be preyed upon , i would never have purchased my vehicle from burns. The oil change for life is a scam ploy. Run to another dealership with honest workers.

    The Chevrolet Dealership on Cherry Rd Rockhill Sc was so unprofessional on yesterday 4/8/24 the sellsman KT that work there sent a bill of sell over to my bank about a vehicle told me to contact him soon as I here from her, all to find out that when she contacted me back this morning they sold the vehicle lastnite, no one even had the audacity to even contact me to let me know anything when she contacted them they told her she asked them did they even reach out to me about it they said no, shortly after that i received this text from the sellsman today, after the car was sold lastnite very very unprofessional.

    It use to be that you'd get your front floorboards vacuumed, windshield cleaned and at times a quick wash, but I guess those days are gone. The employees were very polite.

    2 car from burns pay here side and I definitely regret it !!! They have had me go back and forth with the place they have out the engine which who has time for that ! Ive took it to AutoZone and the codes show up auto zone says to take it back and Scott puts it on the diagnostics arguing me down that there is nothing wrong and that it I showing some lean codes take it back to carrs on school side drive !!!!! I dont understand this because Im out of money and gas to keep going back forth for something that wont fix I asked to be swaped out for another car she said they wont do unless the car is not able to be repaired well all this back and forth and your telling me no ao the channel 9 news will be down there soon also I will be calling cooperate

    David gave us confidence that Burns could be trusted even though the repair was very very expensive on our 2014 Suburban. A small part deep under the dash had to be replaced, so the whole dash had to be disassembled then reinstalled.

We are sorry you feel like you are getting the run around. Scott is correct on referring you to the shop who did the work because neither he nor Autozone can repair your car. They can just make recommendations on what information the scan tool has read.
