ANY of you guys that had a bad experience ask for the manager? I would have loved the opportunity to solve or at least try to solve any problem BEFORE it was an issue and especially before posting something on social media in a negative way. I assure you I DO CARE. I live it, take it home, wake with it, and continually ask myself how to make everyones experience as positive as it can be. Signs are not large enough to carry all the info. You hit the highlights on the sign and then we hope you ASK for the details. There are always parameters you work within at any business. Unfortunately, the employee and service part has always been an issue due to the available workforce of the entitled millennial generation. Finding employees with a great attitude, ethics, accountability, responsibility, and motivation is a rarity in these times. All in All, I will remain silent no more and continue to receive negative remarks while praying and turning the other cheek. God bless you all. I will continue to strive to make changes. obtain good employees, give you the best deal I can while serving you the freshest food possible. I refuse to serve you "cheap" commissary prepared food with no nutritional value. Food worth eating has a cost and you will not find it on a dollar menu nor will it be ready in two minutes. ALL our food is hand prepared when you order it, fresh! Our dough and sauce is made from scratch everyday. Unfortunately, even under the best conditions, mistakes happen. There is confusion. We all have an "off" day. No one can control every situation, whether someone has a bad attitude, reads an order the wrong way, is having a bad day, etc.. Sometimes its even the customer that comes in with an attitude, and no matter what, you cant please them. I assure you, I am sincere, I do care, and I will do everything humanly possible within my means to insure the best scenario that i can contribute too God willing. I will fail sometimes because I cannot control it all. I am apologetic for those that had a less than desirable experience and grateful for those who didn't. I would ask that you give us another try one day. Should any issue arise, ask for me, Sam King, I'll do the best I can do. The waiting staff had cleaned and area where me and my family went to sit and they waited till we were seated to tell us. They had a chain laying there they could have hung back up to keep you seating in that area. Then the waitress we had decided to cock a smart attitude to my mother when she said no tea really.
