My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Bruce on my mother-in law's condo. He was very efficient and knew all aspects of the market. Also, when we went to settlement on the condo, we found a house as well with the help of Bruce and put a contract on it. He was very prompt about returning phone calls and is very professional.

We sold our home in Pennsylvania faster than expected and needed to find a place quickly. Our friends gave us the name of their realtor, Karen Wiener. Karen called us prior to us visiting N Myrtle Beach to find out what we needed in a home. When we arrived, she had several houses and condos for us to see. She was very honest when we were looking at places, telling us what she saw that needed to be done. After three days of searching, we found the perfect condo in Ocean Keys. Karen helped us through the mortgage process since this is the first we had done such since 1986. Being in Pennsylvania while things were going on, it was rather tense but Karen was always available and had a calming spirit when we talked to her. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and have given her name to several people back in Pennsylvania and Maryland who are thinking of relocating to the Myrtle Beach area. Wonderful experience and we love our home!
