We refer to Bryan Farrar as our Computer or "Media Guru"!! Any time over the last three or so years that we have had an issue that we could not resolve with our next to "nada" tech knowledge, we would give Bryan a call. When he was unable to diagnose the issue over the phone he would come to our home or we would deliver our computer to his office in North Myrtle Beach. He is an excellent and knowledgeable technician who is always ready to help and quick to make adjustments in his personal and business schedule to accommodate us, his customers. Bryan's rates are reasonable and it is great to have him available for our "peace of mind"!! Thanks for your support Bryan.

I had previously been advised to junk my laptop for a newer model--sight unseen and even without establishing exactly how old it is. Brian Farrar evaluated its major problem of becoming "unresponsive" at times. I was delighted that he diagnosed and performed a number of service techniques that improved the over-all speed and performance of my cherished computer, which kept in place many valuable notes and files. I found Brian to be congenial, and patient as well as very skillful at his job. I'm glad I sought a second and more studied opinion. Rose Reed

My experience was very positive. Bryan Farrar was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He picked up my computer, called to advise of type of service needed to repair issues, gave estimate of costs, recommended software and returned my computer in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use his services again.
