Action Water Sportz

Had an amazing time in the water jetsking today. Our group saw Dolphins and many different birds. Our tour leading Nick was fantastic! His skill, patience and knowledge was much appreciated! The entire Action Water Sportz crew was great.

Confusing parking lot and signs. the building is only a little shack and services is slow only one guy running the counter and no where to stand. the jet ski was fun and the instructors are nice, but i believe they cut our time short by at least 10 minutes of the hour. edit: they tried to scam my boyfriend. he got charged more than the receipt he signed. when he called fourth of july had price increase. well why didnt they say it at the time/reflect on the receipt? he never did get his full money back

Action Water Sportz recently made me feel like they didnt want my business and like I was unimportant. This was over the telephone. After this experience, I decided not to rent with them. Also I found out that the deposit is a little outrageous. Lastly, just as constructive feedback.can you all please spell sports correctly in your LLC filings? Swapping out Ss for Zs is very 2000. Like around the time that the wazzzzzuppppppp commercial was running. (I just used zs in the above quote to display an example. Not because zs are ever an acceptable substitute for ss. Alex out. Thank you for the experience regardless. I wish you all well and I hope your weekend is spooky. With Halloween coming up and all.

The boat was great! My biggest concern was that when we showed up, we were told their policy was to leave my credit card with them and Id get it back when we return. It was a business run out of a small shack and when I asked how the card would be secured, I was told it would be locked up. When I asked where he pointed to the cash register with the drawer wide open. He did say my alternative was to leave a $1000.00 cash deposit. If it is their policy, we should have known before completing the booking. I also wasnt happy with the fuel charge, we left with the gas tank less than3/4 full and returned to be told we used $30.00. It not a big deal but it should have been full and filled up when I returned. The boat was very nice but Ill use someone else next time.
