He didn't ask for more time because of my circumstances and I lost my case and my only son.The judge rolled eyes at him.He winked at the law guardian perdiem.He should be held for contempt of court.He wasted time to get appeal going.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with The Fowler Law Firm. The ball was dropped in every single aspect with my divorce case. There was zero communication, sometimes it would take WEEKS for the paralegal to contact me back even after me following up diligently about matters that needed to be taken care of in a timely manner. Their lack of follow up, filing papers with the clerk, communication, led to my divorce case being dismissed because it greater than 365 days to get to my final hearing. Since December I’ve emailed asking for my case paperwork, I just got it via email today, 4 months later, 4 MONTHS LATER. This is unacceptable in so many ways.

Attorney Fowler has represented me in a child custody matter in a case that has taken several years. He represented me in Family Court early in the case trying to get custody of my children. He was very helpful in getting my case appealed to the South Carolina Court of Appeals. I won my case in the Court of Appeals. It was sent back to Family Court where Attorney Fowler represented me again. He helped me in trying to get relative-placement for my two youngest children. I remember talking often in conference rooms and side rooms off the courtroom talking with him. He answered the questions I had and worked with me for several years in the first case and then after it was remanded from the South Carolina Court of Appeals. This has been a long, trying case. Attorney Fowler was there with me, working with me all along the way. My children are important to me. He knew that and made my case an important case to him. I appreciate what he and his staff have done.
