I want to give a shout out to big red box. Working as a residential roofing contractor I work at a fast pace. It is important to be able to complete the job and get off site. Working with this company I am not just on a list and they will get me whenever. They are responsive and give solid times on pickups. In the Myrtle beach area driver Ray calls me personally and goes out of his way to make my job run smooth. Other waste company’s I am not able to give a solid time to property managers on pick times. I have been working with Big Red Sumpsters for over three years. I have to say they have been nothing less then outstanding! They are always there to help out to get you your dumpster when you need it and get it removed on time. Their prices, their willingness to help, I can't say enough about the staff the drivers and all the folks i have worked with over the years... they are truly an awesome group to work with... Quality professional service! I called other companies and I chose this company because their pricing was straight forward flat fee, and a great deal. I highly recommend Big Red Box Coastal. I was able to have the dumpster delivered to me by the next day. Communication with the drivers and the office was spot on and professional. They came and picked it up for me within 24 hours of request when I was done using it. They made it so easy for me to finish my project stress free. THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

Many dumpster companies have hidden fees and service charges, Then you have to spend time on automated hold and fight with someone who is not your service rep. Big Red Box was able to provide a quote that remained the same throughout our agreement. We had a difficult site and the drivers were very skilled and able to place the dumpster where we needed it. The unit came and left on the days promised. Its refreshing to work with those who come through during difficult situations and charge what they say its going to cost.
