I have called three times. I have given my information to their operators three times. My name, address, phone number, the problem etc. Have I received a call back from their "on call electrician" yet? Nope. This is the company that originally installed the electrical in my townhome 3.5 years ago. They must know they did a shoddy job and are not calling me back. Luckily, I got in touch with Mr. Sparky who fixed the issue within a couple days but let me know how unimpressed they are with the job Edgewater did. This company is a scam and a joke! Please do not use them.

The original installation went well but the permitting and inspection have dragged on for over 8 months and we are unable to use the system during this entire time. We were notified of the lack of permitting and SCGE approval after the system was installed over 2 years ago. Very frustrated by the lack of communication. Would not recommend.

We've been trying to resolve problem for two years and no response whatsoever. We were dealing with Kevin, no callback ever. I'm reporting to the BBB... Seaside Farms..

I bought a house that had an Edwater Energy system already on it, I drive an electric car and needed a larger installation. Jim and the team took care of everything we needed. They even handled surprise paperwork from SCE&G that popped up over a year after the upgraded install. They also did all the interacting with the HOA on my behalf saving that inconvenience.

We are well pleased with Edgewater Energy and Kevin. They handled everything - the county permits, installation of new roof and solar panels and even communication with our electric company, SCE&G. The whole process from start to finish was great. If you're thinking about installing solar panels or just need more information, we highly recommend this company.
