Sonitrol Security Systems

We left ADT after a 30 year relationship because of poor customer service over the last few years. A neighbor turned us on to Sonitrol and we now have a new Sonitrol system in place. The owners, John Rama and his brother, are professional, trustworthy, and provide excellent service. Paul detailed our new system and MJ installed it; both excellent! 100% pleased and proud of this local gem business! I highly recommend it. pk

Be aware that you sign a CONTRACT for yearly service it automatically renews every year. I have been an customer for 11 years and as a company we decided to go in a different direction due to a need for cameras. We called in to cancel the service and they advised us sorry you have to pay for the complete year I asked for a manger and Alan called us with no help just excuse after excuse. Just be aware of the contract read all the lines.

Patrick Gerken is an awesome Sales/Support Person. He got both my restaurants set up with proper security systems and has been there for over 4 years for every text, phone call and email. Not only does he deliver as he says, goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. As long as he’s with Sonitrol, they’ll protect every business we open
