We've had a termite bond with Defense One for the past 11 years. Overall, we've been very happy with their services and pricing structure, although we've never had to file a claim. Our annual inspections have consistently been thorough and included the attic and crawlspace, and the tech has always explained issues and potential remedies to us following the inspection (e.g. pinhole leaks in old copper plumbing, wood rot on exterior door frame, etc.). Their personnel are professional, and they've always shown up when they said they would, which we certainly appreciate as busy homeowners!
