I have nothing but good things to say about this company. First, their office actually called me back, and called me 2 times the day of my appointment to update me on ETAs for when the installers would arrive. This was a major plus. Second- The rates were extremely reasonable. Third- I was in a really tough predicament. 2 companies prior fell through on me and so I was rushing to find a company that could install cables in my office before movers arrived with my furniture. Total entertainment worked with me and was able to squeeze me in- get the cables installed the day before the movers arrived. Fourth- the work was clean, all cables are hidden, I have no complaints. I 100% recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

I had a roof-mount antenna installed. I called on Tueday and the job was done in a very neat and professional manner on Wednesday morning. No doubt, Jordan and his team can handle anything! All the spotty channels are gone, new channels are brought in and reception is greatly improved. They provide a two year waranty!

Just had Jordan from Total Entertainment Solutions here. Jordan called and said he could come earlier than the appointment. He and Robert were very professional and treated my house as if it was their own. I cut the cord with cable and installed an antenna about a year ago. Lately I’ve been having issues with the picture pixelating. He fixed in 5 minutes what I have spent months on. Now all the local channels are crystal clear. I highly recommend Jordan and Total Entertainment Solutions.
