We used Peartree for a home renovation during COVID. They were very careful throughout the project, wearing masks when interacting with everyone. They were mindful of dust and cleaned up after themselves daily. There was great communication and stayed within the budget (except where we made changes). Everything was tracked via their online portal through completion. They used great quality material and resolved all issues. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them, as they were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them! We were very satisfied!

A review of favorable things to expect includes good advice from the Peartree Homes on quality of materials and construction techniques required. The Project Manager assigned was conscientious to provide a quality product with great workmanship to the customer’s satisfaction. He was easy and pleasant to work with. We replace the deck and converted part of it to a screened-in porch on our beach house (living space on first floor). The addition of the screened-in porch required architectural drawing with structural foundation work needed to meet building codes. Peartree obtain these and then obtained the city permit. Progress with pictures, and what will be worked on next was maintained using Builder’s Trend software to include financial management. Several building trades were required and managed by Peartree. Care was given to an orderly and efficient project. Care was provided to integrate the new roof with the old one, match outside wall shingles, etc. Peartree provided some additional materials at their costs since more rafters needed to be replaced than estimated and some screen material for the screened-in porch on the ground level added after the start of the project. The contractor did several small nice little things that needed to be done really were not part of the contract. Care was taken to work the project close-out items to the customer’s satisfaction. The new composite decking and hand rails really improved and modernized the deck areas. The new screen-in porch really converted an old eye-sore back deck into more like a new outdoor room (without mosquitoes). The screened-in porch high vinyl ceiling is really great to provide a space with a lot of volume. Composite and other materials were used where high quality and will be low maintenance items for the future. My wife and I are really glad very pleased with the results. Service: Construction
