CPM Federal Credit Union - Mill Branch (Closed Effective 10/30/21)

We've had nothing but outstanding customer service, so I don't understand the negative reviews. We've been with them about eight years, and have converted all of our banking to CPM. Great people to deal with, whether you need a loan, checking or saving account, etc.

I have been with CPM for maybe 20 years and I am so dissatisfied with them. I had 2 issues and they took their time taking care of me. First I lost my PIN number. And It took 1 month and a half just to reset my pin. That came from 3 different people told me they had mailed it, well guess what ? They never mailed it. Now.......all I want is a copy of a check that the young lady said they could email it to me. So I called back and she put me on hold so she could get with the person that emailed it. Then she comes back to the phone 10 minutes later an says well she isnt here right now Ill have to call you back. So now it is 5:02 and no call. What the heck is going with the customer service.

Terrible in every way. I was a member adn when ATM card expired, they didn't issue me another. I went in and they ordered me one, but I would have to wait several weeks. I said I need it now and you should have sent it... back and forth, they finally agree to send expedited at no extra cost to me. Years later this card is about to expire, trying to prevent a repeat, I go in and ask about new card and am assured I will be getting one in the mail before this one expires. A few days before it expires I go in again and again am told it should be here any day. It expires and I have to go in and do it all over again. Again they want me to pay for having it expedited. I tell them to close my account and I go to NFCU. Now I am Power of Attorney for ailing father who has a an account with CPM and dementia. He uses wrong pin and card gets blocked. Okay, but when I go in and show PoA, they order a new card that never shows up. When I call they don't see me as PoA adn I have to go in the bank again. Why can any other Credit Union or Bank give you a Card right away, except these pathetic excuses of a Credit Union? I'll be closing his accounts and moving him to NFCU. STAY AWAY FROM CPM at all costs!!!!!!
