Stay away from this firm.  Even they are recommend by your builder.  Incompetent staff.!!!!!! Took 6 weeks to get our deed after the county issued it.  We were told lies every time we called looking for it.  We were told the county was the delay to find out that it has been in their office for at least 4 weeks.

Having never dealt with legal firms ever before, I was pleased with the services they provided.  I was assigned to this office through my mortgage company for closing.  They were able to get me an estimate for closing costs beforehand with no issue since the bank's estimate was incorrect.When we showed up at the office to close, they were prompt and everything was ready to go for us to sign.  We were in and out within an hour, and that includes the time it took waiting for us to walk to the bank to get the check and for it to clear.
