I ordered take out subs. One of the items was a turkey sub with lettuce and bacon only. They in turn put cheese on it. I get home and notice it. My son who cant have cheese. I called to let them know and the cashier said oh thats my bad, I should have asked. I specifically did not ask for cheese. So then she gives me her manager who says oh if your son cant have cheese, you should have told us! I then said I didnt ask for cheese why are you arguing with me. He says because I want you to know they automatically come with cheese and you need to tell us otherwise. Then hung up the phone on me! I called back and asked for the managers first name and they said sorry we cant give you that but we can take your name and number. Im sorry, you cant give me your first name or the first name of your manager? The lady cashier said sorry I have people here Ill have to put you on hold! They claimed to be remaking the sub but did nothing to offer apologies but rather continued to blame me! Absolutely the worst experience and you lost a long time customer!!! I will never buy from this absolutely ridiculous place again! Horrible people
