        The technicians were awesome! Would highly recommend Russ! The ladies who answered the phone and set up the appointments were also great. The manager was less than great. He’s lucky to have such great people working with him because he is rude and disorganized. Called Roto-Rooter again! This time technician Michael came out. He was professional and very nice. He wasn’t able to do what the original call was for - change out a dishwasher- because we need an electrician first. Instead he took care of a clogged tub drain and removed and replaced some gnarly caulking in both tubs. I will not hesitate to call again once the electrician is done.
