Poor customer service. I had an issue with a hospital bed. They sent someone out but did not resolve the problem. I called the company. I spoke with a woman about the problem not being taken care of. She said the manager said there was nothing wrong with the bed. I am a nurse. I have used hospital beds for 40 years. There is a problem with this bed. I wanted to have it rechecked when I was home. (The first check I was not home). I ask her to relay this message to the manager. I never received a return phone call or visit. I still have an unresolved problem. It has been at least 2 months. I heard others talk about how bad an experience they had with this company. If your doctor orders medical equipment from this company, I suggest you call your doctor and ask him to send the order to a different company. Do not purchase from this company if you want good customer service!
