Spa Ultra Lounge and Restaurant

This bar is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I order a philly cheese steak and it took close to a hour when I order the sandwich. The cook was not in the kitchen after the order was taken. He was outside eating so after waiting 20 minutes. The bartender had to go find him and tell him about the order. While waiting the bartender offer a discount on a drink of my choice. I told her I should at least have a free shot of Hennessy. She snapped at me because she felt that our conversation was going to lead into a argument. To end the miscommunication I gave her a tip. Fast forward when the meal was ready the bread was hard as bricks. I said right then this will be my last time coming here.

Drinks 10$ a shot was dead AF but they were very nice and they have a very nice looking establishment.
