They do the job you ask of them once and don't need to do it again because they do an outstanding job the 1st time. AWESOME response time! At first the tech didn't know if he could fix my lock on my sliding glass door at my oceanfront condo. I have guests in there and they could not open the door. AL&K responded right away to my maintenance girl, because she couldn't fix it. They came out within the hour, and never gave up on trying to fix it. This is not something that happens often from what they said, but they kept at it, and removed the lock. THANK YOU! Very reasonably priced I might add too.

Very responsive. Called before arrival to confirm arrival time and was at my home on time. Very professional and explained everything he was doing and what he did. Will be calling Affordable Lock & Key for all of my future needs.
