The place used to be fantastic, but for the 10 + years we have been going there it has not been kept up well. The tore off the patio to make for more inside dining. We also felt rushed to get out and get the next group of people in. $$$

So Ive been coming to Yamato since I was little Im currently in my late 20s now its been a family tradition for so many years now. I love the place and food. Now I want to dive right into your hostess whos thin with brown curly hair. She is absolutely terrible she works at the front desk with an attitude and gets really annoyed with people. If you cant handle your job description then clock out and go home its that simple. As someone who manages three store shes not fit for the role or needs training you can clearly tell she has an I dont care attitude.either she clearly she does not respect the manager on duty (or your manager says nothing to her ) or the owners. Also while leaving the location after we ate, the same front desk was sitting at the front with her feet kicked up on the podium. A restaurant is not the place to have your feet kicked up on the podium have some etiquette and its so unsanitary. There were many others complaining about her attitude as well. This is not to get someone in trouble this is simply so you as a business know whats going on during your busiest dinners times.
