      • Hooded Smoke

        Rude staff. Apparently they don't know what medium rare means. The cashier said, "You know medium rare is practically bleeding, right?" No, it's not. She doesn't even make the food, how would she know? I went here a lot during my vacation and she's the only one who commented on "medium rare." It's not about the fact that she clearly has no idea what she's doing, it's her mannerisms. She sighed and rolled her eyes constantly. I'd be surprised if she's still employed there.

        Christine was more than helpful! Service was at their best and food was fast and most delicious. I am from Augusta Ga and I would be proud to have this restaurant there.Congrats on having a great place to dine!The staff were all welcoming and invited us back what a breath of fresh air! Good customer service is as important to me as the food!
