        Getting back into biking after a 30+ year hiatus! Needed something that I could use for a Triathalon sprint/overall fitness/riding around. Picked up a Trek FX3 Disc, and Patrick was superb in helping explain all the features/accessories. Highly recommended and the customer service and shopping experience was A+ !

        Went in last week to pick up free water bottles, got free, (helpful) advice on breaking a bead on 27.5+ tire and paid fair price for some new pedals. They have a great shop, even though Im not in regularly, I always feel welcome.

        My first dealings with Pee Dee Bicycle was with their service tech Gary on the phone. I was looking to get a new bike assembled which was purchased online. Gary was super nice and very helpful and agreed to have the bike shipped directly to the store. About a week later I stopped on the store in person to check on the delivery and they confirmed they had it and would get to work on assembling asap.While I was there I spoke with Dave a very knowledgeable salesman who spent a fair amount of time fielding my questions and setting me up for two test rides. He couldn't have been nicer. I decided shorty after to purchase one of the e-bikes and called them and it went very smoothly. When I arrived to pick up the bike the staff was awesome in going over everything and helped load it into my truck. I highly recommend Pee Dee bikes they are professional and the store is classy!Can you get a cheaper price elsewhere? Maybe but I feel like I'm in good hands with these folks and I trust them. The Trek EBike is awesome
