The other day on 7/5/13 while we were having a get together with friends about 8PM our air conditioning went out... So, we called Thomas Heating and Cooling, they sent someone out right away and within 30 minutes their Service Tech Kenny arrived he was very professional and got our AC back on in no time and we were able to enjoy the rest of the evening...I would highly recommend Thomas Heating and Cooling

I am a Costco member met this man on the floor doing a demo. He said free initial visit to your home for a AC check up. Wow I was so happy my air cond. unit was acting up. He came out said that he would have to send another guy to really look at it $100.00 I said OK. This other guy comes out goes to my attic for 5 min. says you need a new coil u got a leak deep inside of it $1500! I got a second opinion and it cost very little to fix a leak ( In the line not the coil) This lady who says she is the owner on the phone is so mean and non caring would not give me my $100.00 back or listen to me at all. This company is a bunch of un-honest people...Do not use them.
