        Thanksgiving just like home without the mess. Our second year here for holiday meal. Nice to have seated dinner and not buffet. Ham, turkey and all the trimmings. Nice portion sizes, full but not overstuffed, brought home enough for lunch. Daily specials are awesome, great wine list, friendly staff.

        Salt Water Creek we àre back. We lunched here about three months ago. It's a Saturday and hot again. Sandy ŵould you like to go out to lunch? My Sandy was out the door and in the truck.17S Murrells Inlet. Only three cars in parking lot. SWC does have outdoor tables. The inside is rather plain but ok. A romantic date take somewhere else. The menu is large, with something for all tastes. Steak to Pizza. I ordered a bowl of (she-crab soup) I can honestly say IT WAS THE BEST SHE-CRAB I HAVE EVER TASTED)My Sandy a crab expert from Baltimore agreed! Sandy had a CUBAN SANDWICH, she had to take half home. I ordered fried chicken with mashed potatoes.( not your mashed taters with a lump of butter on top.) No,No, gourmet taters w/mushrooms & other good things in the gravy. My fried chicken, it had to be one of those farm fresh force fed steroid birds. I had to box half for Sunday dinner.$$fair, service good and friendly, free parking. Separate Bar.
