I love this restaurant. Wonderfully inviting atmosphere to enjoy a great relaxing food experience. First, let's start with the fresh baked bread. Not sliced, but a whole loaf to enjoy.
Cocktails, of course. Then on to the mouth watering steaks.
Juicy, cooked to perfection with side dishes, so very good.
We go to Longhorn Steakhouse at least two times per month. Always outstanding!

The roasted and seasoned brussel sprouts are so delicious! The firecracker shrimp are tasty, but the batter always falls off the shrimp. The steak is decent.

We had Mike B as our server. When we ordered he asked if we wanted any bread and my mom says yes please and keep it coming. We only got the one loaf and had no bread with our dinner. Food comes out, my steak was under cooked, had too much seasoning and was way too fatty (which happens sometimes) but the combination of all 3 was not cool. For the first time in my life I choked on my food first bite i took. I truly didn't think I was going to make it for a minute. It was a traumatic event for me. After taking one bite of my awful steak and almost choking to death I was very upset and waited for Mike to come back to ask how everything was. He never did. At one point as he was literally running by he says everything OK with his thumb up not stopping or making eye contact with all of us and I didn't even have time to say NO, we need you! He never came back until it was time for the bill that we waited forever to get. He then asks how everything was and sees my whole steak sitting on my plate. I tell him what happened and he has the audacity to say, I wish you would have told me!! When should I have told you Mike? You never came back to the table! He brings the bill and everything was on it. Didn't bother to take the steak off the bill. He says as he hands me the check, the one person who's sitting there still hungry and completely upset. I was literally fighting the tears at this point. Then he asks me if I want a to go box to take the awful steak that I wouldn't eat in the restaurant home with me. I'm so upset about my experience you have no idea!!! I don't think I will ever again eat here after this experience. I expect way more from Longhorn.
