        Don't waste your time here. Came by at 9:15 AM and no one was here. Came back at 4:40 (20 minutes before close) and watched a girl in there lock the door then literally hide behind the counter.

        On the spot Highway 14 is NO LONGER what it used to be and would highly recommend you dont do business with them !! I have been going to this dry cleaners for years ! The only reason for going there was because of Kathy and George !!! The most delightful, sweetest couple I have ever met !!! Everyone I know that goes there says the same !!! I actually looked forward to going there so I could chat with them! They became family to me and family to everyone in the community!! They are just known in the community for their fun loving spirit!!! 3 weeks ago I was shocked to walk in and they werent there ! The lady told me she retired !!! I didnt know what happened but I knew it was a lie ! Kathy would never retire from there ! On the Spot was like family for her and George as well!!! Upon asking my friends who go there as well , I was told that this lady (girlfriend of the owner) had been totally emotionally and verbally abusive to Kathy several times and in front of customers!!! The total abusive bullying and belittling got so bad she had to leave ! And now they are lying to customers telling them she retired ! Not sure how many people she thinks she is fooling , but she obviously didnt know Kathy and George!! I am looking for a new dry cleaners and hope others will do the same ! This is totally unacceptable to run a business like this !!!!

        I was waiting for a interview across the street they locked the door called there delivery driver on me to come to my car because they thought I was gonna rob the. Place talked to the manager didn't Evan say sry or make eye contact the. Delivery driver apologiesed And the manager is completely unprofessional for assuming something like that. They almost called the cops on me. Lol good. Luck with this place. Seems. A lil crazy

Until employees get back to the wholesome business standards of the past we will all have to weather this storm. We have another location at 1405 Ben Sawyer, Mt.       Charles you're not a customer of our store, writing a bad review without setting foot in our store is deceiving. You had a job interview at a restaurant across the street from us. You sat in front of our front door for about one hour. Our staff felt on edge, they don't know you. The world is a scary place today. You might have considered popping your head in our store to let our staff know your circumstance as you were looking at them through your window
