Applebee’s Grill + Bar

We had a late lunch on Saturday, February 22, 2016 and was very disappointed in the quality of the food. We have eaten at many Applebee's and this was the worst ever. The riblets were overdone and had very little meat on them and the french fries were over done also. The lime chicken was good except for the garnish on top of it. The men's room was filthy. We ate at this location last fall and did not have the experience stated above and at other locations in Maryland and Delaware.. If the management fails to improve food and cleanliness they may find the closing at this location. George & Pat

Service was horrible had to wait was there for one an half hours plus had to pay for appetizer that was supposed to be included

Terrible management, employees, food quality, and cleanliness. One of the best bartenders was fired a few months ago and nothing has been the same since. Drink and service quality at the bar is now just as bad at sitting at the sticky tables waiting too long for a rude waitress.

The new area manager is a prick with a chip on his shoulders. He fired a 12 year employee unjustly and my entire family is boycotting. The other servers, eh. Hosts and hostesses, aweful! But you could go in there for lunch, and be guaranteed to have a great dining experience with Justin Mackie at the bar. Everybody loved him, everyone asked for him specifically, and he was great. This new area manager, Gabe Coruthers, needs to be fired and sent back to Kansas or Oklahoma, or wherever he is from!

I came here on my lunch break and ordered an appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip. 30 minutes later... still no spinach and artichoke dip. Had it been crowded I may have been able to understand but they're were only 10 people in there and mostly everyone was already eating. My lunch break had ended so I ended up leaving without receiving my food. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
