This place is an absolute nightmare. Poor management and terrible service. Take your car anywhere but here. I had a condenser replaced here which comes with a warranty. Ever since having it replaced, the power to the fans will intermittently go out. I called them 15 minutes before I sent my friend there with my car to let them know the problem and to ask them to look at it. My friend again mentioned the issue upon arrival and asked them to check the issue when changing the oil. I called after my friend left to ask what the problem was. The MANAGER gets on the phone and acknowledges that the issue was mentioned to him and then states that they did NOT check the issue. They simply changed my oil and pulled the car out. He is saying I have to bring it back. Even before today, I have said I would never go back here because this place is the twilight zone full of people who seemingly have very little knowledge. The only reason I opted to use them again for the oil change was to have them check the issue. Idiots.

Took several days for a short repair and returned car with broken glove box. Not sure why they were in there.

Don't take your car here. They overcharge for everything. Their technicians break things and insist on charging you for the repairs. The staff is not knowledgeable and could care less about your vehicle.

Honest 1 auto care should be renamed to dishonest one auto scam. After taking two vehicles and being quoted over $1700 for each vehicle, I approved one repair to later learn the car never should have required that type of work for the issue that i raised. Later I learned it was a $30 part that was required. After picking up the car and paying over $1700, the next day the car was experiencing the same issue that I had before taking it in. I returned with the vehicle to be fixed properly and they sat on the car for over a week and never did any further work to it. Meanwhile, I took the second vehicle to another auto care provider to learn that the $1700 worth of work they quoted, and I paid them for the inspection, only needed a part for a couple hundred dollars. I met with the manager and showed him proof of the receipts and he said he would speak with owners to work something out with their invoice. After making follow call after call, I then searched out to find the owner Sherry. I explained the situation to her and she said she would be back in touch. Never heard back from her either. I followed up again with the manager and after explaining my next steps, which would include evidence of them grossly overestimating and incorrectly diagnosing both vehicles’ needs, he said he would call me right back but needed to follow up with the owner. He finally called back to say the owners would do nothing to put a poor situation back right. This is by far the worst customer experience and lowest level of service offered by any provider of a service or good I have experienced. Save yourself some money and anguish and stay out of dishonest 1 auto. The owners have three locations across the CHARLESTON area.
