I have Used Lucas board Plumbing 3 times now and all three times he has gone above and beyond to make sure things got done quickly and right the first time. First time it was a tankless gas water heater and the price and installation was 10/10 2nd time when we had a piper burst underneath the house a huge mess. Came in promptly and took care of it and again the price was very reasonable. 3rd time was during Christmas eve tankless water heater froze and we had no hot water and again even on a holiday his team was able to come out and help us. Called and scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am. No one ever showed up or called. I went with a different company but still haven't heard anything from these guys
