ZERO stars. The office manager is actually the "owner" of Carolina Health specialist. She sits behind her desk at the little river office is trash, the receptionist are not welcoming and always seemed bithered when you come in. She, the manager (owner) "discharged" me as a patient due to me not fully covering my face with mask. (Found out when I recieved a letter in the mail advising "they couldn't provide me the care I seeked." LOL) During the fake "plague", I explained to her royal trashness I just had a asthma attack and hit my inhaler before walking in. She screamed at me, threw a temper like I have never seen before from an adult, all while acting like I had the plague, something I'm sure she was "innoculated" 10 boosters for. Nasty, foul, and belligerent women. Clearly an inability to handle a "crisis" or kindly speak to someone to understand what was going on. Nope. I was screamed at, her face went RED and she shook her head while waiving her fist. LOL I wish people could have seen it. I was quiet and stood in amusement. Only a "illness" with a 99.9% survival rate! My current new provider is a real deal class act. Something she should learn about.

This is a very busy practice. The receptionist area is always buzzing. We have never seen an employee there not doing an important task. They always greet us with courtesy AND efficiency. But it does get very busy because the medical staff in the back offices are very good and have people seeking appointments (like us). Just had to update. Erica left to pursue specialty practice. We missed her but are so fortunate to have Yvonne Rhodes DNP, FNP-C. She listens, and is understanding in her practice and methods. Amazing in her knowledge and expertise. We both are very happy with having her as our primary. Yes we wait but its not horrible and when she tackles the issues of our health, its time well spent when we see her. Already referred our kids and friends to her. Compassionate and thoughtful. Highly recommend. Thankful also to Amy who assists with rounding out this treatment team. Erica Domogauer PA-C and the medical assistant who works closely with her are kind and knowledgeable, especially with our mother who needs a little help sometimes.

Stay away from this place!!! They don't care about giving any sort of quality patient care. Nurse (assistant to my practioner Holly) was rude and abrupt. Practioner never called me when both my lab urinalysis and blood work came back out of range to discuss the lab results. If your sick with an UTI infection (based on the results of the urinalysis they ordered & have symptoms) your told that you have to be seen again in office however they can't fit you in so go to urgent care. I called and spoke with the office manager about what happened and she didn't seem concerned at all. Her response simply was she would note it & have a good weekend.
