        This was my first case with a accident, they treat you like family. As soon as you walk in, they offer drinks, coffee cups to go in your cabinets at home. With me and my boyfriend being young, we had a lot of advice from Mr. Stanley and Trina McManus. We took in all their advice, and got a very well amount of money, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

        We recently worked with Denise Hamilton to close the sale of our condominium in North Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately, we ran into a snag when the bank holding the mortgage on a home equity line of credit (that had already been fully paid off) delayed their release of that lien and the recordation of the corresponding Mortgage Satisfaction. Unless and until the bank released the lien and recorded the Satisfaction, the sale could not close. Naturally, we were quite concerned. We had absolutely no background or experience in these matters and were at a complete loss about what to do. Denise's calmness, professionalism and expert knowledge, however, reassured us. She immediately stepped up, took the lead role in untangling the mess and coached us about the role we also needed to play. As a result, the issue has now been resolved and the sale has closed. It is not clear that we would have gotten across the finish line without her help. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

      Stacy Stanley started the Stanley Law Firm in 2000 after serving as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable James E. Brogdon, Jr. and working two years for the law firm of Thompson & Henry.Mr. Stanley has settled or tried to verdict hundreds of cases including several multi-million dollar cases. As an attorney for more than two decades, Mr. Stanley has handled a wide variety of cases including serious auto accidents, boating accidents, product liability, tire separations, highway defects, insurance coverage disputes, construction defects, homeowner association, workers' compensation, and slip and fall cases. Mr. Stanley grew up in Loris, South Carolina where he attended Loris High School and played football, baseball, tennis, and wrestled. When he was not attending school or playing sports, he worked in his family's retail business, Stanley's Discount Center. While working in the family business, Mr. Stanley learned that success is not an accident, but requires the characteristics of hard work, perseverance, and discipline. Mr. Stanley applies these characteristics to the legal business and, by doing so, achieves success for his clients.As to his family and other activities, Mr. Stanley is married to his wife Melanie and they have three boys, Will, Matthew, and Daniel. Mr. Stanley spent many years on the recreation fields in Conway and Aynor where he coached football and baseball for his boys and many other boys. He and his family are also active members of The Rock Church in Conway.
