UNO Pizzeria & Grill

I think I really like this Location. I've only eaten Take Out from the Sunset Blvd location and only twice; but so far the food has been wonderful; The Staff have been polite and the Rewards Program has been exceptional. I completed an Emailed Survey and the Manager/Owner or Operator sent an Email thanking me for my response, which was impressive. I am very cautious where I go out to eat especially if alcohol is being served; but this place doesn't seem to strike my worry. I'll certainly be back.

Overall the service was great. The hostess and server were both pleasant. The server was extremely nice, but could have been a little more attentive, serving a table that came in after us first and not giving refills. I feel like the burger could have come with a few more fries for 13 bucks, but it was well flavored. Overall it was a good experience for my first time here.

Food was absolutely horrible. The waitress was more than excellent but the food was horrible. Shrimp was undercooked and still cold. Cheeseburger was undercooked and thick slices of cold cheese all over the burger. Pizza looks good but deep dish tastes just like uncooked dough.. Barley any cheese all around nasty. I would eat a 5 dollar pizza from little ceasers before I ever eat that food again.. It was our anniversary and my wife's born day and 80 dollars was wasted.. Had to just settle for the cook out.. Wow...

So I recently was there for my birthday and let me tell you I had an amazing waitress no doubt loved her from the beginning we met her til the very end but the food that was ordered for my birthday dinner was AWFUL. My family and I ordered a big meal along with drinks and the only thing that was delightful was the drinks. I still tipped the waitress for her excellent service but wouldnt spend another dime at the restaurant. Sad we spent 70 bucks after we left we wound up going to the cookout to satisfy our hunger and to make up my birthday dinner

Only giving a 2 because the food was amazing. The service was the worst. Probably one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. We had a table of 6. This was tonight around 7:15 and they were barely busy. Sat down and waited probably 7 minutes before anyone even came to get our drink order. A male server in his early 40's came over (we were told he was new) we gave him our beer order because there was a sign on our table mentioning a happy hour discount. He asked to see the sign and thenput it on another table and told us it didn't apply except at the bar even though those signs were on every table. We questioned it and instead of handling it or asking a manager to honor it he just walks away from our table without saying anything. It was so rude. Definitely not waiter material. We got a manager and they gave us another waitress. This girl was AMAZING and sweet. Our appetizer came out quickly but our main courses took forever. People who got there after us got their food first. Then two people had ordered loaded mashed potatoes and it came out plain. We asked about taking it back and the girl said they would have to charge us! Wow. Then AFTER they ate the plain potatoes she said she felt bad and brought out the loaded ones they had originally ordered! We will never go back here. The worst part is our original male server kept staring at us uncomfortablly and he was talking about us because we seen other waiters looking our way too. We also witnessed a girl spray cleaner repeatedly onto a paper towel and drenched the floor with it. Instead of spraying the table and wiping it she sprayed half the bottle onto the towel. Literally made a puddle of cleaner on the floor. Do not go here
