    I bought my cpap from them years ago, and recently needed to replace the tubing. I called to ask if they had it in stock, and was very rudely told by the operator she doesn't do cpaps. I asked if she could transfer me to someone who does, and she told me the company doesn't do cpaps, hasn't for about two years, and I would have to goo somewhere else. A completely unnecessarily rude interaction with a customer attempting to spend money with your company.

    My daughter is wheelchair bound. This company came to our home and took care of everything. They even helped us with equipment we bought elsewhere for no compensation. They knew how to handle our insurance and delivered her new wheelchair within weeks of referral. Best company we have worked with. I can't say enough good things.
